About

My name is Baheya. I was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. I received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the American University in Cairo in 2013 and am currently a graduate student of English and Comparative Literature. I love books, buying more than could possibly have time to read. I consider myself to be a feminist and aspire to become a writer someday. I would also love to travel the world, explore new places, and be as adventurous as possible. But, I hate mushrooms (random fact).

Art is something I’ve always loved in all its forms, it’s also something I’m very passionate about. Through this blog, you can know a little about myself and my interests. Writing is something I’ve always enjoyed doing, I however don’t get to write as often as I’d like to. So hopefully I will be more consistent and commit to writing on this blog because I find it to be a very honest way of expressing myself.

it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having
one or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
